All menus include all clear disposable plates, napkins, utensils, toothpicks, wet naps, and trim linen.

Add 20% Service Charge and 6% Sales Tax (no tax on Service Charge). For grill services onsite, add $200 (includes grill and propane). A vehicle charge may apply for long-distance travel. If less than per person minimum, an additional price will apply. Extra Hours Staff is $75 per hour.
